But what if those customers have a question about a destination that cannot be readily answered on the web site? They may look to you for guidance and advice. You really need to know your European travel-related geography to provide your customers with the best service possible.

In this course, we can’t begin to cover all of the possible vacation destinations in Europe, but we’ll list as many of the popular sites as we can.

10. Destinations: Africa, Asia and the South Pacific

Africa, Asia, and the South Pacific – these regions of the world consist of dozens of countries and cultures – some ancient, some relatively new. Do travelers have a clear notion of these far-flung places? Not really. That’s where you come in.

These regions are so expansive that we can’t begin to cover all of the possible vacation destinations in these parts of the world, so we’ve selected those that are the most significant to travel.
