The Nokia C7 has a 3.5 inch touch display with three customisable home screens allowing you to differ the icons, shortcuts, widgets and more to have effectively three phones in one. The handset also has an 8 megapixel camera for images ad videos, an impressive internal memory and more.
The phone has a full music player offering seamless flick scrolling between album artwork in you music collection as well as the Ovi Music Store to add to it with downloads. Meanwhile, there is an integrated stereo FM radio and transmitter offering live music and news on the handset, but also through any connected device such as a car stereo when on the move. Other entertainment is also provided with the simple touch interface game playing, with Java games support, the accelerometer to play games and the dedicated graphics processor with OpenGL 2.0 enabling 3D graphics for gaming too.
The C7 boasts an impressive 8 megapixel full focus camera which utilizes the full screen as a viewfinder in widescreen (16:9) ratio with easy onscreen touch controls. Face detection software and the 3rd generation dual LED flash allow you to easily take the perfect photo first time. There is also 2x digital zoom for image capture. Photos can be viewed back with pinch to zoom capabilities, and by tag cloud, month, album or slideshow, plus they can be edited on the handset. Videos can also be recorded with 3x digital zoom, HD quality at 720 pixel resolution and in widescreen shot also. There is also a secondary front VGA camera featured for video calling and self-portrait shots.
The handset also offers both integrated GPS and Assisted GPS antennae which allow for location based services including automatic Geotagging of images and videos captured, as well as the Ovi Maps application preloaded. Ovi maps offers free car and pedestrian navigation for the lifetime of the phone, with free updating also. Meanwhile, there is also Wi-FI positioning and a compass which works n conjunction with the accelerometer to ensure correct orientation of the display. Further location based services are also now available through social networking including Facebook Places for the integrated Facebook, among other integrated social networks.
The Nokia C7 comprises a very stylish handset which features a powerful 8 megapixel camera along with great social networking and messaging features. The simple touch user interface makes it easy to use and includes three separate customisable home screens allowing you to use the phone for different places and people.
